Mech Zone is ShareWare.  If you enjoy this program as-is and continue to use it, you are morally and legally obligated to pay the requested $10 fee.  If you instead decide to pay the full $25 registration fee ($20 for students), you will receive the full version of the program, which doesn't have the Annoying Dialog‚Ñ¢, and allows the missile and beam weapons to do damage.  In addition, you will receive free upgrades as Mech Zone evolves in response to user feedback.  Even if you don't want to pay the fee, please at least drop us an e-mail note or send a postcard with your impressions of the game.  Mech Zone has come quite a way from the original version of Robot Battle, and it's entirely due to the helpful comments of people like yourself who took the time to try the game and read the About... box.
